Dear Parents,
I would like to offer you a professional photography service during The First Holy Communion ceremony.

As in previous years, the standard offer includes:
1. Photo folder/album, and a set of photographs:
- your child in the moment of receiving Holy Communion,
- group photograph all of children,
- photo with parents or family,
2. Complimentary photo reportage and on-line photo gallery*,
The cost of the set: £ 35, -

It is also possible to book an individual photo session in the studio or outdoors.

- your child in the moment of receiving The Sacrament photo size (5”x7“)
- group photograph all of children photo size (6”x8“)
- photo with parents or family photo size (5”x7“)
- complimentary photo reportage of the celebration on a DVD and on-line gallery*

It is also possible to personalise the folder/album (adding the child's name and the date of the ceremony)

By completing this form, you confirm that you are interested in ordering a photograph of your child.
As well, you also grant permission for photographs / videos to be taken during ceremony that may include your child.
You understand that copyright in such photographs belongs to the photographer involved.

To save the school some work, please pay online or contact us directly.
The photos/albums will be delivered to the school, where they can be collected.
